Well, it appears that Scott has thrown in the towel and has decided to retire, against his will, admits the whole cancel culture that followed him after it was revealed that he supported Trump.

I shared my thoughts on this here if you’d like to watch but to summarize, I think it’s sad and quite frankly a bit bigoted that this man was essentially forced into retirement for something he wasn’t even aware would lead the country in despair. There’s more to it too, aside from donating to Trump’s campaign, his religion is also brought up as a contributing factor for his retirement. The fact that just being a Christian is enough for people to assume the worst of you really is telling of the times we live in.
