Square Enix has delayed the closed beta test for Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis from its previously planned 2022 window to summer 2023. A new trailer was also released.

Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis is an episodic single-player game for iOS and Android that will allow players to experience the world of Final Fantasy VII and its connected stories, including that of the original Final Fantasy VII.
