#FGO Babylonia Final Singularity – Grand Temple of Time: Solomon Receives New Trailer, Visual, Release Date

A new trailer and visual for Fate Grand Order Babylonia Final Singularity – Grand Temple of Time: Solomon has been released. Additionally, it was revealed that the anime will premiere in Japanese theatres on July 30.

Aside from protagonists Ritsuka Fujimaru and Mash Kyrielight and their allies Romani Archaman and Leonardo da Vinci, the trailer offers a preview of the villain Solomon as well as the Servants Jeanne D’Arc, Nero, Enkidu, Mordred, Nightingale, and Bedivere. Meanwhile, the poster includes Francis C. Drake among its depicted characters. Some of these characters were previously depicted on-screen in earlier anime adaptations of other stories in the Fate franchise.

FGO Babylonia Final Singularity is produced by Cloverworks, which previously produced 2019-2020’s Fate/Grand Order – Absolute Demonic Battlefront: Babylonia. The returning staff from FGO Babylonia includes Toshifumi Akai as director, Takashi Takeuchi as lead character designer, Tomoaki Takase as character designer, Yurie Hama as chief animation director (previously animation director and assistant animation director), Hisayo Hisui, Satoru Hirayanagi, and Minami Usui as art directors, and Keita Haga and Ryō Kawasaki as music composers. Kinoko Nasu is credited with the original script.

New additions to the staff include Makaria’s Hiroshi Gōroku as one of the art directors and Shinya Matsui (Koikimo) as photography director.

The main cast of FGO Babylonia are reprising their roles in FGO Babylonia Final Singularity, with Nobunaga Shimazaki voicing Ritsuka, Rie Takahashi voicing Mash, Ayako Kawasumi voicing Fou, Kenichi Suzumura voicing Romani, and Maaya Sakamoto voicing Leonardo (Sakamoto is also the voice of Jeanne). Voicing Solomon is Tomokazu Sugita who, as with the other cast and their respective roles, also voices the character in the Fate/Grand Order mobile game that the anime is based on.

First announced in 2020, FGO Babylonia Final Singularity is based on the final chapter of Fate/Grand Order‘s first arc. The arc sees Ritsuka, Mash, and the Chaldea organization attempting to save humanity. To do so, Ritsuka and Mash travel to various timeline-affecting Singularities, including the Babylonia Singularity featured in FGO Babylonia and the Camelot Singularity shown in 2020’s Fate/Grand Order THE MOVIE Divine Realm of the Round Table: Camelot Wandering; Agateram and 2021’s Fate/Grand Order THE MOVIE Divine Realm of the Round Table: Camelot Paladin; Agateram, which released on May 15 in Japan.
