# Famitsu Sales: 11/9/20 – 11/15/20

Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software and hardware sales data for Japan for the week of November 9, 2020 to November 15, 2020.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War for PlayStation 4 was the top-selling new game, launching at 84,475 retail sales. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla for PlayStation 4 followed at 45,055 sales.

Marvelous and Edelweiss’ Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin also performed strongly, opening at 32,906 sales on Switch and 22,955 sales on PlayStation 4 for an opening week total of 55,861 units sold.

On the hardware side, PlayStation 5 launched at 118,085 units sold and Xbox Series at 20,534 units sold—both in low supply and high demand. Read more about those numbers here. The Switch family sold 116,267 units, while the PlayStation 4 family sold 2,974 units, and the 3DS family sold 497 units.
