A Rhode Island doughnut shop says it’s revoking its discount to cops and military until police fix “problems with racism and injustice.”

“We’re fed up. Until local police takes action to solve problems with racism and injustice, Allie’s Donuts will choose to stand with the people of our great state,” the North Kingston store said Sunday on an Instagram story.

The shop called out local authorities for allegedly racially profiling a Providence firefighter last week while he was in uniform.

The firefighter, Terrell Paci, was on duty when a group of officers drew guns on him and said he matched the description of a suspect seen waving a firearm, NBC 10 News reported.

“If you were our employee we would fire you immediately,” the store said. “But you are a police officer. And despite being the ones responsible for protecting the law, you may be considered ‘above it’ and face ZERO consequences for your mistakes.”

The shop’s decision comes as protests have broken out across the country against police injustice in the wake of the death of George Floyd, a black man who died in Minneapolis after a white cop, Derek Chauvin, pressed his knee into his neck.
