Shimono is best known for voicing Zenitsu in Demon Slayer: Kimestu no Yaiba, as well as Connie in Attack on Titan and Dabi in My Hero Academia. Fellow Demon Slayer voice actor Natsuki Hanae, who voices Tanjiro, also tested positive for COVID-19 on January 27 and is currently still recovering from the disease at home.
