#Crunchyroll – Adventure Awaits in TSUKIMICHI -Moonlit Fantasy

If you’re in the mood for some isekai fantasy adventure, then TSUKIMICHI -Moonlit Fantasy- has got you covered, because noncredit versions of the opening animation for the series and the special ending animation used for the first episode have been published to Youtube.

 

 

The opening animation video (above) features the song “Gamble” as performed by syudou. The ending animation video (below) features the one-shot ending theme from Episode 01, entitled “Aa Jinsei ni Namida Ari” (“Ah! Life is Full of Tears”), which is performed in-character by Makoto Misumi (CV: Natsuki Hanae).

 

 

The original TSUKIMICHI -Moonlit Fantasy- light novels are written by Kei Azumi, illustrated by Mitsuaki Matsumoto, and published in Japan by AlphaPolis. Crunchyroll describes the story of the series as follows:

 

Shunned by a goddess by not being enough of a hero, one former high school student aims to survive in a new fantasy world!

 

A key visual for the upcoming TSUKIMICHI -Moonlit Fantasy- TV anime featuring the main cast of heroes and deities posing dramatically against the backdrop of a night sky lit by an enormous full moon.

 

TSUKIMICHI -Moonlit Fantasy- is directed by Shinji Ishihira and features animation production by C2C. The series is currently broadcasting in Japan and it is also available via streaming on Crunchyroll as part of the summer 2021 simulcast lineup.
