The CEO of a New Jersey company that’s been accused of being a hotbed of racism has been photographed giving a Nazi salute in a Hitler costume and mounting a Mexican caricature while dressed as President Trump, a second lawsuit against the business alleges.

Motor Vehicle Assurance CEO Daniel Rodd “dressed up as the syphilitic failed artist and leader of the Third Reich for Halloween one year and gave ‘Heil Hitler’ salute. In fact, Defendant Rodd was so proud of his racist costume that he posed for photographs, at least one of which was shared on social media with Defendant MVA employees, including Plaintiff,” allege court papers filed by sales rep Kevin Marshall, who says he also experienced racism there as a black man.

In the same photo, Rodd is allegedly holding a sign that says “Ima vote for Hillary,” Ocean County Superior Court lawsuit filed Monday shows.

The following year Rodd allegedly “dressed up in a costume displaying Donald Trump sitting on top of a racist caricature of a Mexican person,” the suit says, including photos of Rodd allegedly dressed in both costumes.

Marshall says white managers at the Toms River company casually threw around the n-word and black workers were passed over for promotions, paid less and relegated to a separate sales floor called the “Black Room” or the “N—-r Center,” the court papers allege.

Marshall — who started with the company in March 2017 — reported the alleged discrimination and racism he experienced but says he wasn’t taken seriously with company higher-ups even laughing at his complaints, the court papers claim.

When Marshall spoke to human resources and managers specifically about the Trump costume, most of them “found the costume funny and laughed at Plaintiff when he complained about it,” the court filings say.

In August 2018, the Seaside Heights man says he was forced to quit after being retaliated against for his complaints about discrimination, unequal pay, money the company owed him for a radio commercial he did for them and rampant drug use at the location, the court documents say.

Marshall, “was consigned to the “Black Room,” demoted, and forced to accept lower pay than his white colleagues. Eventually, the work environment became so intolerable that the Plaintiff was forced to leave,” the suit charges.

Last month, two other black former employees also filed suit claiming MVA was rife with racism and drug use.

“Plaintiff is one of the many African American employees forced to endure outright bigotry while working at Motor Vehicle Assurance,” Marshall’s lawyer Peter Valenzano told The Post. “Defendants’ conduct is intolerably offensive – referring to African Americans by the ‘N word,’ segregating African Americans in the workplace, and dressing up like Adolph Hitler have no place in a civilized society.”

A lawyer for the company and Rodd told The Post, “MVA intends to vehemently fight these baseless allegations.”
