#Gabby Petito’s autopsy ruling to be released today

Gabby Petito’s autopsy results will finally be released Tuesday to the public by a Wyoming coroner – three weeks after her remains were found in a remote campground.

Teton County Coroner Brent Blue will discuss the 22-year-old Long Island native’s autopsy at a press conference to be held at 12:30 p.m. local time (2:30 p.m. EST.)

Petito’s death has already been ruled a homicide, but it is unclear how she died or what state her body was found in.

The autopsy is likely to shed light on the timing of her death.

Petito, who last seen alive in late August, vanished while on a cross country road trip with her 23-year-old boyfriend Brian Laundrie.

She was reported missing by her family on Sept. 11 – more than a week after Laundrie returned to their North Port, Florida home alone in the couple’s van.

Laundrie vanished just days later on Sept. 14, according to his parents, and has been the subject of a massive manhunt ever since.

He is being sought for questioning in Petito’s disappearance and death after his girlfriend’s remains were discovered in the Wyoming camping spot on Sept. 19.
