Valhalla, NY – As Casanova continues to await trial behind the bars of a New York jail, it appears he’s looking for ways to pass the time. Last week, a woman challenged him to do TikTok’s viral Junebug Challenge during a video visit and he happily obliged.

The problem? According to TMZ, recording videos and taking photos during video visits is prohibited. Consequently, Westchester County Correction Commissioner Joseph Spano says Casanova’s video visitation privileges have been terminated. He’s also facing additional disciplinary action for not wearing a mask.

Casanova shared the clip to his temporary Instagram account with the caption, “@meekmill and @nolimitherbo y’all don’t want no smoke. y’all know my body lol y’all lucky I ain’t home #junebugchallenge.”

Speaking to TMZ, Casanova’s attorney James Kousouros insinuated he wasn’t that concerned about the alleged allegations.

“I am unaware of the specific allegations however, this does appear to be a harmless infraction under the circumstances,” he said. “These fellas are in prison, with no visits or meaningful contact with their loved ones. It is unimaginably difficult to keep your spirits and faith under such circumstances.”

Casanova was one of 18 alleged members of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation gang who was arrested in November 2020 on charges of murder, attempted murder, racketeering, assault, fraud and more. His attorney proposed freeing him on a $2.5 million bond provided by 13 people who would put up money or property him but was denied.

The 34-year-old rapper has since pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit racketeering, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and firearms possession.

As for the Junebug Challenge, the latest dance craze calls on TikTok users to perform a set of moves akin to the Shmoney Dance in the strangest possible locations, including bathrooms, on the hoods of cars, at the store or, in Casanova’s case, from inside a jail.
