Your real estate portfolio is about to make waves.

This $50 million mansion features an infinity pool with built-in air hoses that allow swimmers to breathe 10 feet underwater. The seller’s family used the splashy luxury to give their game nights a twist and play chess beneath the surface.

“You can literally go underwater for hours,” listing broker Tim Smith of The Smith Group told The Post.

Subaquatic speakers let swimmers vibe at the bottom of the one-of-a-kind pool, which is tiled with a blue floral mural.

“The underwater speakers have unbelievable sound,” said Smith, who suggested the in-ground could be used for photo shoots, TikTok videos, social media posts and even underwater meditation, said the broker.

The pool also has a diving board and a hot tub. A few yards away is a freezing plunge pool, designed to shock dippers with cold water.

“It’s an unbelievable view,” Smith told The Post of the infinity pool’s waterfall and the vista of mountains, hills, city lights and, on a clear day, the Hollywood sign.

The rest of the 0.87-acre lot in Irvine, California, is also decked out with amenities, including an auto-tee driving range, a cabana bar, an oversized firepit, a barbecue area and a poolside pizza, according to the listing.

“My husband particularly enjoys trying to get that golf ball all the way down there to one of those greens,” the seller, Joni Rogers-Kante, told George Satsidis in an episode of the Greek TV show “Ιστορίες του Χόλιγουντ (Hollywood Stories)” last month.

Rogers-Kante is the founder and CEO of SeneGence, a multilevel marketing company known for LipSense, a long-lasting lipstick.

Rogers-Kante and her family purchased the seven-bedroom, nine-and-a-half bathroom home for $12.5 million in 2017, according to property records.

Most of the exterior amenities were added by the seller, Smith said. During the pandemic, these amenities have become even more in demand than ever before.

“COVID, for us, has been the most demand we have ever seen,” Smith told The Post. “It has everything you could need in a house.”

The 13,000-square-feet mansion called the “Golden Eagle Villa” was built in 2007 and was listed for $49.95 million at the end of July, property records show.

The great room and the dining room have hand-painted ceilings with scenes from a town outside Tulsa, Oklahoma, where the owner grew up. The owner has honored the town’s feed store and historic homes with frescoes on her ceilings.

The house is filled with intricate woodwork, crown moldings and designer wallpapers.

“I just love the detail in the woodwork,” Rogers-Kante told Hollywood Stories. “Look at that woodwork. It’s just stunning.”

The interior is also packed with amenities. It has a billiards and poker room with lit tray ceilings and a wet bar — or, if you prefer vino over liquor, the house offers a 1,000-bottle wine room.

“You can tell we actually use our kitchen,” Rogers-Kante told Satsidis.
