#Boy jumps to his death from Upper East Side building

A 12-year-old boy jumped to his death from the roof of an Upper East Side apartment building Tuesday, police said.

The boy, who wasn’t identified, jumped off of the building at 1045 Park Avenue near East 86th Street at around 4 p.m., according to cops.

He was rushed to Lenox Hill Hospital but couldn’t be saved. 

The building is 15 floors high, according to StreetEasy.com.
