#Boxer Gervonta Davis ducks $500K bling bill from jeweler: lawsuit

Boxing champ Gervonta Davis knows how to bob and weave when it comes to paying his bling bills, claims a Manhattan jeweler-to-the-stars.

Elliot Buryev, whose Eliantte & Co. counts the Kardashians, Hailey Bieber, Offset, Lil Wayne, Roddy Ricch and a host of other boldfacers among its clients, is suing Davis for bouncing a nearly half-million dollar check.

He claims the undefeated WBA lightweight champion ordered three custom pieces in November, then had Buryev fly to Los Angeles to deliver them.

Davis, 25, a three-time champ whose nickname is “Tank,” handed over a $486,671.25 check for the diamond tennis chain, a tank charm with emeralds and diamonds and a watch with diamond baguettes, said Buryev in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit.

But the pugilist knew it was a rubber check, Buryev alleges in court papers.

“This was no accounting error or mistake. Since the check was returned for insufficient funds, Davis has promised to make payment repeatedly but failed to do so,” Buryev said in the lawsuit.

It’s not the first time Davis, with 22 of his 23 victories coming by knockout, has ducked a jeweler’s bill, according to a report.

He was accused in January of skipping a $250,000 payment to Shyne Jewelry in Philadelphia.
