#World Heroes Mission Previews Main Characters’ Stealth Suits

The upcoming My Hero Academia: World Heroes Mission movie has released image previews of the stealth suits that will be worn by characters Izuku “Deku” Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo, and Shoto Todoroki. 

According to the movie’s Twitter page, the stealth suits designs are based on drafts by My Hero Academia mangaka Kohei Horikoshi. The suits were previously shown in the movie’s trailer in late March.

World Heroes Mission is set to premiere in Japan on August 6. The movie’s story will see series protagonist Deku being wanted for mass murder. At the same time, the heroes have two hours to stop a plot to bring about the destruction of the world. 

World Heroes Mission is the third anime movie in the My Hero Academia series, following 2018’s Two Heroes and 2019’s Heroes Rising. The anime series began in 2016, with its fifth season premiering in March 2021. Both the movies and the series are produced by Bones. Meanwhile, the manga has been serialized since 2014 and has 30 tankōbon volumes as of April 2021.
