21 Savage has an affinity for the double-digit number in his stage name, and he has even more reason to stand by it, thanks to a recent Spotify list.

According to a tweet from Daily Loud posted on Tuesday (January 3), 21 Savage is the 21st most popular artist in the world on Spotify. His latest album with Drake, titled Her Loss, may have assisted with that thanks to the astronomical run it’s having on the platform.

Last month, Spotify announced Her Loss had surpassed one billion Spotify streams since its release on November 4. The achievement gave 21 Savage his first album to grab one billion streams on the platform while also getting his third No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart.

21’s success on Spotify goes even further back to “Rockstar,” his 2017 collaborative track with Post Malone. In September 2020, Spotify Data revealed the song had surpassed over 2 billion streams.

The Atlanta native’s love for the number 21 was shown last week when he tweeted that he wants to live long enough to see the year 2121. On New Year’s Eve (December 31), the Savage Mode II rapper took to Twitter to let fans know he hopes to still be alive in 98 years.

“I Just Want To Be Alive For 2121 Somebody Freeze Me Right Quick,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, 21 Savage revealed last month that he doesn’t have a celebrity girlfriend despite fans thinking he and Latto were an item. The Slaughter Gang boss was in a Clubhouse room when he addressed the long-running rumors of him being in a relationship with Latto while shutting down talk of being with any celebrity.

“I’ve been hot for a long time. I don’t do all the antics and shit. I don’t got a celebrity girlfriend,” he said. “I’m not finna be out everywhere. I’m not dropping music every other week. I’m not going on live talking about shit every other week.”

Latto, on the other hand, has been open that she’s in a relationship but has kept her partner’s identity private throughout her rise to fame. For her 23rd birthday, her boyfriend gifted her a brand new Lamborghini Huracan Evo.
