Yone Sawata’s Acro Tip manga is inspiring a TV anime adaptation that will premiere in 2024. An illustration by Sawata was released with the announcement.

The Shueisha-published comedy manga began in 2017 and will release its fifth tankoubon volume on January 25, 2023. It is serialized in Ribon and published under the Ribon Mascot Comics label.

Acro Tip‘s story follows Chizuko Date, who is a fan of the magical girl Berry Blossom. Berry Blossom frequently battles the evil Fossa Magna organization, but her success means that most people don’t pay attention to their clashes anymore. When Chizuko encounters the weak Fossa Magna leader Chroma, who is also a part-time convenience store worker, she finds herself being invited to join Fossa Magna.
