#Aaron Rodgers destroyed by Terry Bradshaw: ‘You lied’

Terry Bradshaw and the rest of the Fox pregame crew are the latest to criticize Aaron Rodgers.

On Sunday’s pregame show, Michael Strahan, Howie Long and Jimmy Johnson all took issue with the Green Bay Packers quarterback’s actions and comments surrounding the COVID-19 vaccine.

The harshest words came from Bradshaw.

“I’ll give Aaron Rodgers some advice. It would have been nice if he had just come to the Naval Academy and learned how to be honest. Learned not to lie,” Bradshaw said. “Because that’s what you did, Aaron. You lied to everyone. I understand ‘immunized,’ What you were doing was taking stuff that would keep you from getting COVID-19. You got COVID-19.

“Ivermectin is a cattle dewormer. Sorry, folks, that’s what it is. We are a divided nation politically. We are a divided nation on COVID-19, whether or not to take the vaccine. And unfortunately, we’ve got players that pretty much think only about themselves. And I’m extremely disappointed in Aaron Rodgers.”

The 37-year-old Rodgers, who missed Sunday’s Packers-Chiefs game (televised on Fox), tested positive for COVID-19 this week and revealed he was unvaccinated. In August, Rodgers told reporters he was “immunized” when asked about his vaccination status.

“I’m disappointed in his play on words for his explanation,” Johnson said on the pregame show

In an appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show”, Rodgers made matters worse for himself, blaming the “woke mob” and “cancel culture” for criticizing him, and saying he was worried about the vaccine’s effect on fertility. There is no evidence that the COVID-19 vaccine affects fertility. The NFL also shutdown Rodgers’ claim that he met with a league doctor who told him “it’s impossible for a vaccinated person to get COVID or spread COVID.”

Rodgers also compared himself to Martin Luther King Jr. in relation to his refusal to mask when he deemed the rules unjustified.

“In the grand scheme of things, it’s deceptive and it’s wrong,” Strahan said on the Fox pregame show. “And the presentation that he used did not help.”
