A vacant Lower East Side lot that is zoned commercial and residential — and where famed street artist Banksy once painted — is on the market for $2.49 million.

In 2013, Banksy used the site as part of his residency on the streets of New York CIty, creating a piece condemning the US role in the Iraq War.

In 2019, a public art project streamed live video of the Earth from a NASA satellite in the space.

The property, which has 25 feet of frontage on Ludlow Street, allows for the building of 4,271 square feet and legal parking for six cars.

The listing brokers are Stephen Dadourian, Chris Brodhead, Nikola Cosic and Jonathan Buerger of B6 Real Estate Advisors.

The neighborhood has recently seen a surge in development with 1,500 units of new residences and 600 new hotel rooms.
