#Your Friends and Neighbors: Amanda Peet Joins Apple TV+ Series, Craig Gillespie To Direct
Your Friends and Neighbors has added to its cast. Amanda Peet (Dirty John) is joining the upcoming Apple TV+ series alongside Jon Hamm (Grimsburg) and Olivia Munn (The Rook). The streaming service ordered the drama series in December.
In the series, Hamm will play Coop, a recently divorced hedge fund manager who turns to burglarizing from his wealthy upstate New York neighbors after he loses his high-paying job. Deadline revealed that the crimes reinvigorate him until he breaks into “the wrong house at the wrong time.” It’s not yet known who Peet and Munn will play.
Jonathan Tropper (Warrior) created the series and will serve as showrunner. Craig Gillespie (Physical) will direct the first two episodes and executive produce the series.
The premiere date and additional details for Your Friends and Neighbors will be announced later.
