Your Forma Unveils Creditless Ending & 2nd Mini Anime Episode
Remow has released a creditless version of the main ending sequence for Your Forma, which features the main ending theme “NEO-LUDDITE” by 9Lana. The series premiered in Japan on April 2, 2025. Streaming information for the series in North America has not yet been announced.
The ending sequence depicts the casual daily life of the series’ main characters Echika and Harold.
Additionally, a second episode for the Your Forma mini anime series titled Petit Forma: Electrocrime Bureau Journal has also been released.
Takaharu Ozaki (Goblin Slayer, Girls’ Last Tour) is directing the anime, with Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime seasons 1-3) as screenwriter and scriptwriter, Chikashi Kadekaru (Mieruko-chan) as character designer, and Tatsuya Kato (Dr. Stone, Demon Lord: 2099) as music composer. Geno Studio is handling the animation production.
Meanwhile, the anime’s main voice cast includes:

The original sci-fi mystery light novels are written by Mareho Kikuishi and illustrated by Tsubata Nozaki. It was first published by ASCII Media Works’ Dengeki Bunko imprint on March 10, 2021 and has released six volumes as of August 2023. A seventh volume will be released on April 10, 2025.
The light novels also inspired a 2021 manga adaptation illustrated by Yoshinori Kisaragi. The series was the grand prize winner of the 27th Dengeki Shosetsu Taisho. Yen Press licensed the light novels and manga adaptation for release in English.

In 1992, a pandemic of viral encephalitis shook the world. The medical technology that saved humanity evolved into “Your Forma”—an invasive information device implanted into the brain. In this world where every sight, sound, and even emotion is recorded, investigating major crimes means diving into the collective data, a job reserved for special detectives called “Cyber Inspector.”
Echika Hieda, a prodigious “Cyber Inspector” assigned at an astonishingly young age, stands isolated by her exceptional talent. Her newly assigned partner is Harold, a blonde, blue-eyed humanoid “Amicus.” Together, this unrivaled duo will expose every hidden secret.
