Other than maybe a few advertisements in the 1990s, McDonald’s has never been as powerful as it is today with the release of a brand new commercial for their new range of Japan-exclusive Samurai Mac burgers that features a brand new character created by Fist of the North Star manga illustrator Tetsuo Hara.

Hara created a few drawings of the character, who is voiced by award-winning Japanese actor who is well known for his samurai roles, Masato Sakai, for McDonald’s Japan including the key visual for the campaign as well as a special image with the new character and Kenshiro that can be found on the McDonald’s website.
