#World Trigger Manga Goes on 1 Month Hiatus Due to Ashihara’s Health

The Twitter account for manga magazine Jump SQ. revealed on Monday that Daisuke Ashihara‘s World Trigger will not be appearing in the November issue of the magazine due to the health of the manga creator. Despite this, World Trigger will still be appearing on the cover of the November 2021 issue which is set to be released on October 4.

 


 




 


 

World Trigger‘s current break is currently only set for the November issue and is scheduled to return in the December issue, which will be released in early November. The above tweet says that Ashihara suffers from neck pain making it hard to write and draw manga.

 

This is the third time this year that World Trigger has been put on hold for a month, with the popular manga series missing the March and May issues, as well as the December issue of Jump SQ. in November 2019.

 

The first season of World Trigger aired from October 2014 to April 2016, totaling 73 episodes, with the second season starting in January 2021, and the third season scheduled for October 2021. All of the seasons, including the upcoming one, is streaming right here on Crunchyroll. The entire series is currently streaming on Crunchyroll, which describes the series as such:
