Amazon Prime, Hulu and Comedy Central have all removed an episode of “Workaholics” which featured comedian Chris D’Elia playing the role of a child molester.

Last week, multiple women accused D’Elia, 40, of trying to sexually engage with them and solicit nude photos while they were underage. Now, former fans are starting to recall the problematic roles he played on screen.

In an unfortunate coincidence, D’Elia guest starred in the eight episode of Season 1 of “Workaholics,” a Comedy Central sitcom that aired from 2011 to 2017, starring Adam DeVine and Anders Holm. The episode is called “To Friend a Predator” and originally aired May 25, 2011. Its official description reads, “A local child molester attracts the guys’ attention, but not, as it turns out, for the reason they expected.”

In “To Friend a Predator” the group of friends tries to expose a predator played by D’Elia but end up befriending him instead. The show is currently streaming on various platforms including Hulu, where the episode is gone, and Amazon Prime, where an onscreen message says that the episode is “unavailable.” Comedy Central confirmed to Variety that they have expunged the episode.

D’Elia denied these allegations in a statement to TMZ, saying, “I know I have said and done things that might have offended people during my career, but I have never knowingly pursued any underage women at any point. All of my relationships have been both legal and consensual and I have never met or exchanged any inappropriate photos with the people who have tweeted about me. That being said, I really am truly sorry. I was a dumb guy who ABSOLUTELY let myself get caught up in my lifestyle. That’s MY fault. I own it. I’ve been reflecting on this for some time now and I promise I will continue to do better.”

D’Elia most recently starred in a guest role on Netflix’s hit stalker show “YOU” starring Penn Badgley. D’Elia played a comedian who abuses teen girls.

Hulu, Amazon, and Comedy Central did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
