Wind Breaker Season 2 Opening Theme Song Now Available Digitally

The six-member J-pop boy band group, SixTones, has announced that their new song, “BOYZ,” the opening theme song for Wind Breaker Season 2, is now available digitally.

The song can be streamed on the following digital platforms: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, iTunes Store, KKBOX, DEEZER, and MELON.

Wind Breaker Season 2 began airing on April 3, 2025. The music video for “BOYZ” premiered in May 2025 and has over 6 million views.

Wind Breaker is a Japanese manga by Satoru Nii. It started serialization on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket in 2021. As of May 2025, 21 manga volumes have been released, with the 22nd volume scheduled for release in Japan on June 9, 2025. It inspired an anime series, a video game, and stage plays. The first season of the Wind Breaker anime aired in April 2024.

Kodansha USA has licensed and is publishing the manga in English and describes it as:

Haruka Sakura wants nothing to do with weaklings—he’s only interested in the strongest of the strong. He’s just started at Furin High School, a school of degenerates known only for their brawling strength—strength they use to protect their town from anyone who wishes it ill. But Haruka’s not interested in being a hero or being part of any sort of team—he just wants to fight his way to the top!
