#WATATEN! Anime VA Unit Wataten☆5’s Three Members to Join Special Web Show on December 12

To celebrate the Blu-ray release of the five-member voice actress unit Wataten☆5‘s first solo concert “Delicious Smile!” on December 22, 2021, a special web show “~Hatsubai ni Kanpai! (Cheers to the release!) DA!DA!DA!~” will be live-streamed on YouTube from 20:00 (JST) / 03:00 (PT) on December 12, ten days before the release.

The unit Wataten☆5 consists of the five voice cast members who played the girls of elementary school age in the WATATEN!: An Angel Flew Down to Me anime franchise – Maria Sashide (Hana Shirosaki), Rika Nagae (Hinata Hoshino), Akari Kito (Noa Himesaka), Hitomi Ohwada (Koyori Tanemura), and Naomi Ozora (Kanon Konomori). They performed the anime’s OP song “Kimama na Tenshi-tachi” and ED song “Happy Happy Friends.”

The concert was held without the audience and streamed worldwide, including the US, Canada, Australia, and Asian countries, on February 6, 2021. Three members of the unit, Maria Sashide, Rika Nagae, and Hitomi Ohwada will join the web show to talk about the charm of the Blu-ray and the story behind their first solo concert. Might they also announce new information about the upcoming all-new feature film WATATEN!: An Angel Flew Down to Me: Precious Friends that is set to be released in 2022?
