VIZ Manga Adds Yoshiaki’s Rai Rai Rai Sci-Fi Action Comedy Manga Series
VIZ Media announced on its Twitter/X account Thursday that it has added a new VIZ Manga simulpub release for Yoshiaki’s sci-fi action comedy manga series Rai Rai Rai. Most chapters of the manga can now be read on the VIZ Manga app and website, with a select few available to read for free.

The manga began serialization on Shogakukan’s Ura Sunday website and MangaONE app on August 18, 2023. Four tankobon volumes have been released as of January 2025. VIZ licensed the manga for release in English print in October 2024.
The series was nominated for the 10th Next Manga Awards in the web category in 2024 and ranked seventh in Takarajimasha’s Kono Manga ga Sugoi! 2025 guidebook.
VIZ describes the main premise of Rai Rai Rai as:
Deep in debt, life can’t get any worse for Sumire, until she wakes up with a monstrous new arm and a foul-mouthed voice in her head! It’s time to battle deadly alien threats — all to pay her bills!
