“#Visit VR Event "Sword Art Online Synthesis -The Period Alicization Project-" on December 26 & 27”
In commemoration of the completion of the Sword Art Online franchise's latest TV anime series Sword Art Online Alicization, a special VR event titled "Sword Art Online Synthesis -The Period Alicization Project-" is scheduled to be held on December 26 and 27, 2020. During the two-day period, fans can participate in various programs online on their computers. The participation fee is free.
One of the main programs is a virtual exhibition to introduce the worldview of the SAO franchise in the VR platform "VRChat." Also, talk sessions looking back on the Alicization Arc with the voice cast members and the creators of the SAO novel, anime, and games are planned, as well as the airing of two special movies – "Symphonic Alicization Orchestra Special Edition" and "Symphonic Alicization Orchestra War of Underworld Special Edition." The talk sessions and the special movies will be also streamed on YouTube Live.
