Hulu with Live TV service is getting another $5 price hike on December 21st, bringing the service to a whopping $70 per month. But to soften the blow, Hulu with Live TV will begin offering subscribers “free” Disney+ and ESPN+ memberships. This is not an optional up-charge, and it will apply to both ad-supported and ad-free Live TV accounts.

Generally speaking, this isn’t a bad deal. If you’re a Hulu with Live TV subscriber who pays for either Disney+ ($7 a month) or ESPN+ ($6 a month), then you’ll technically save money after Hulu applies this price hike on December 21st.

But if you’re not subscribed to these services and only want Hulu with Live TV … well, maybe you should check if any family members want your new Disney+ login.

Disney says the price hike and subscription service bundle will go into effect on December 21st. If you already have Disney+ or ESPN+ subscriptions, check to make sure that they’re using the same email address as your Hulu with Live TV account. Otherwise, your Disney+ and ESPN+ accounts will continue to charge you a monthly fee.
