A suspected group of tenant activists vandalized Brooklyn Housing Court with spray paint, bike locks and a baseball bat early Friday — the fifth attack on city courthouses since June, sources told The Post.

Just after midnight, six people defiled Kings County Housing Court at 141 Livingston St., spray-painting “EAT THE LANDLORDS” on its glass doors and using spray foam and bike locks to seal the entrance, sources said.

The scofflaws also used stencils to write in red paint “EVICTION=VIOLENCE” and “STOLEN LAND.”

They had a baseball bat on hand to bash the automatic door sensor, too, according to the sources.

By Friday afternoon, the graffiti had been removed.

“Clearly, this was an orchestrated, well-thought-out, premeditated crime, not unlike the other previous acts of vandalism and criminal mischief recently perpetrated on the city’s courthouses,” said city Office of Court Administration spokesman Lucian Chalfen.

“These acts are not activism or advocacy and do not further the cause that they purport to represent.”

In July, vandals scrawled anti-cop graffiti on the exterior of the Surrogate’s Court building at 31 Chambers St. in Manhattan — including the message “Euthanize Swine” accompanied by an illustration of pigs with X’s for eyes.

A month earlier, “F–k cops” and “ACAB” an acronym for “All Cops Are Bastards,” was written on the David N. Dinkins Municipal Buiding, which houses Summons Court on the 16th floor.

Over the summer, red paint was poured on the steps of the Manhattan Supreme Court’s civil building at 60 Centre St., and a few blocks away, vandals spray-painted “BURN IT DOWN” and “FTP”, an acronym for “F–k The Police,” on the Manhattan Criminal Court building at 100 Centre St.

Senior city judges will be meeting with the Police Department in the coming days to discuss the courthouse attacks, officials said.
