#Uncle From Another World Anime Will Begin in 2022

The anime adaptation of Hotondoshindeiru‘s Uncle From Another World manga will begin in 2022. A key visual, as well as main cast and staff information, were released in addition to the release year announcement.

The main staff includes Shigeki Kawai (Blue Exorcist assistant director) as director, Kenta Ihara (Mieruko-Chan) as series composer and scriptwriter, and Kazuhiro Oota (Natsu no Arashi!) as character designer. Atelier Pontdarc is the animation production company.

Meanwhile, the main cast includes Takehito Koyasu as Ojisan, Jun Fukuyama as Takafumi, Mikako Komatsu as Fujimiya, Haruka Tomatsu as Elf, Aoi Yuuki as Mabel, and Aki Toyosaki as Alicia.

The Uncle From Another World began in 2018 and has six tankoubon volumes as of June 2021. It is published under the MF Comics label.

Yen Press describes the manga as:
