“Me & Roboco Anime Reveals Trailer, Voice Actor of Roboco”

The anime adaptation of Shuuhei Miyazaki‘s Me & Roboco manga has received its first trailer, which reveals Shun Matsuo (from the comedy duo Chocolate Planet) as the voice of the titular robot maid. 

Cast alongside Matsuo are Minami Uda as Bondo, Ryoutarou Okiayu as Gachi-Gorilla, Shunsuke Takeuchi as Hotsuo, M.A.O as Madoka, and Kotono Mitsuishi as Bondo’s mother.

The trailer includes a preview of the theme song “lol” by GANG PARADE.

Me & Roboco will premiere on December 4 (effectively December 5, 12:30 AM) in Japan. The anime will have five-minute episodes.

Akitarou Daichi (Ojamaru) is directing with Michihiro Sato (Delicious Party Precure episode director) as assistant director, Sayuri Ooba (The Demon Girl Next Door Season 2 scriptwriter) as series composer, and Yuuko Ebara (Yu-Gi-Oh!  VRAINS animation director) as character designer. Gallop is the animation production company. Newly revealed staff include Koyama Manami (Don’t Hurt Me, My Healer) as art director, Ayami Minowa (Yu-Gi-Oh: VRAINS) as color designer, and Reina Tanimato as the staff in charge of photography.

The Shueisha-published gag manga began in 2020 and released its 10th tankoubon volume on October 4, 2022. It is serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump and published under the Jump Comics label.

Now that Bondo has his very own OrderMaid, it’s time to show her off to his friends. But will they be able to handle Roboco? And what exactly is the secret behind this special robot?!
