Mike Perry appeared to punch an elderly man and use racial slurs at a Texas restaurant Tuesday night in a video that was publicized on Wednesday.

In the video, the UFC welterweight can be seen exiting the restaurant during a dispute with other patrons. Perry argued that another diner – not the man he punched – touched him first.

The incident occurred at Table 82 restaurant in Lubbock, Texas. around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday night. After an altercation with someone at his table, a staff member asked Perry to leave, but he punched the employee instead, according to TMZ. Perry also struck one of his girlfriend’s female friends at the table, according to the report. Those altercations were not captured in the video.

When the video starts, several people at the restaurant, including his girlfriend, can be seen attempting to get Perry to leave. Standing outside, Perry says he will stay by the entrance until cops arrive so he can tell his side of the story. Soon after, several men follow him to the entrance.

Before striking the man in the video, Perry could be heard saying “I’ll knock your old ass, too. Let’s go you fat piece of s–t.”

The victim was transported to a local hospital. Police say he was unconscious when they arrived, according to gossip website.

After striking the elderly man, Perry could be heard using the N-word multiple times as he sat on a ledge outside the restaurant, challenging witnesses to call the police and claiming “you can’t touch me. If you touch me, you die.” Perry, who is white, has publicly used the racial slur throughout his career. It doesn’t appear that Perry directed the slurs at any Black people.

Perry’s management team has yet to comment on the incident. The 28-year-old fighter simply tweeted “No comment” Wednesday night.

Perry (14-6) defeated Mickey Gall at UFC Fight Night on June 27. In the fight, Perry notably had no coaches in his corner. Instead, he opted to have just his girlfriend, Latory Gonzalez.
