“#TRUE Releases New Photos & Teaser Movie for That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2 OP Song”

The official website for anison singer TRUE has released a CD jacket photo, her new artist photo, and a 25-second teaser movie for her upcoming 16th single "Storyteller" to be released on January 13, 2020. The song will be featured as the OP theme for the highly-anticipated second season of the TV anime That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime.

She previously performed the first ED theme "Another colony" and the 23rd episode's insert song "Boku no Naka no Kimi he" (To The You Inside Me) for the anime's first season in 2018-2019. The former was released as her 13th single on November 7, 2018, and ranked 53rd in Oricon's weekly chart.

Along with the photos, TRUE wrote on Twitter, "It has been six years since I incarnated into TRUE. I have gained and lost so many things. Right now, I am so simple and strong. I will put a soul into my words and songs to make my strength be the hope for someone else."
