Treasure was founded on June 19, 1992 by former Konami programmer Masato Maegawa. It has since released a number of popular titles, including the side-scrolling beat ’em up Guardian Heroes, and shoot ’em ups Radiant Silvergun and Ikaruga, and many more. Its last all-new release was Gaist Grusher God for 3DS in September 2014.
