The popular free-to-play video game TOUKEN RANBU will receive an English release on February 23, 2021 by Johren, a PC gaming platform. Pre-registration is now open on the official launch webpage with rewards for incoming players.
The turn-based collectible card browser game was originally released in Japan in 2015 by Nitroplus and DMM Games.
The series has received a few anime adaptations including Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru in 2016 by Doga Kobo and Katsugeki/Touken Ranbu in 2017 by ufotable. It also received several stage plays adaptation and a live-action film adaptation in 2019 distributed by Toho and Universial Pictures.
