#Gerrit Cole’s wife Amy shares pre-and-post-baby pictures

The “greatest anticipation” of new mom Amy Cole’s life has “exceeded” all expectations.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the wife of Yankees pitcher Gerrit Cole — who gave birth to the couple’s first child, son Caden, in late June — shared pre-and-post-baby shots, modeling the same workout apparel.

“Two weeks before I met my baby,” Amy captioned the first post of her story, dated June 15.

In the second shot, entitled “And 2 weeks after,” Amy is seen holding her baby boy while wearing a purple tank and black Nike shorts.

“The greatest anticipation of my life and it has exceeded all of my expectations,” she shared.

Proud dad Cole has also gushed about his newborn son, calling Caden “a good mix” of his parents.

“He’s absolutely adorable. He’s got big blue eyes and gosh I just can’t stop staring at him,” Cole said earlier this month.

Last week, Amy and Caden had front-row seats to Cole’s Bronx debut, as they watched the intrasquad game from the comforts of home.

Cole will get the Opening Day start for the Yankees next week when they face the Nationals in Washington.
