Gleyber Torres put the baby to bed for good.
The Yankees shortstop celebrated the final out of Tuesday’s Game 5 win over the Guardians by staring into the Cleveland dugout and rocking his arms back and forth.
It was a direct rebuke to Josh Naylor’s Game 4 home run celebration, when Naylor yelled “That’s my little f–king son” at Gerrit Cole as he rounded the bases.
“Yeah. Whatever. It’s cute,” Cole said when asked about Naylor’s revelry.
On Tuesday, it was the Yankees who got to dole out the mockery, with fans at Yankee Stadium chanting “Who’s your daddy?” at the Guardians.
With the victory, the Yankees move on to the ALCS to face the Astros, with Game 1 set for Wednesday in Houston.
