#TikTok star Digitalprincxss arrested for child neglect in Florida

This influencer with millions of followers is in hot water with the law after being charged with child neglect.

TikTok star Marrissa Cloutier — who also has an OnlyFans account, is an established Twitch streamer, posts popular pornographic content to Pornhub and goes by “Digitalprincxss” — was arrested and charged with child neglect on Aug. 25 after neighbors found her five-year-old son crying alone outside her Florida home, according to a Fort Myers Police Department report. 

Officers went inside 24-year-old Cloutier’s home and rang her cell phone number after finding it written down on a piece of paper, USA Today network publication News-Press reported. She initially told the officers she had no family in the area and was just six minutes away, having made a quick trip to a 7-Eleven to buy laundry detergent after putting her son to sleep. But when she returned to her apartment, she had no receipt for a half-empty detergent container and was wearing a black mini dress and full make-up, attire police wrote they found “not conduce to a late-night run to a convenience store” in the report. 

Once Cloutier had been read her Miranda rights, she admitted she’d been meeting with a friend 11 miles away and that her mother, aunt and cousin all live nearby. She admitted she’d “made a mistake” — her home had no cameras by which she could check on her child — and said her “anxiety made her lie” the report noted, according to Insider. 

Officers determined her son had been alone for more than an hour within walking distance of wildlife, vehicle traffic and bodies of water. 

Following news of her arrest reaching social media, where her mugshot went viral, Cloutier made her TikTok, Twitter and Instagram accounts private and posted a since-deleted video in which she told fans that “a lot of things being posted online…are out of context and very much untrue.” 

Courtier has a Sept. 27 court date.
