Three men were stabbed during a melee at an Atlantic City casino, one of them suffering life-threatening injuries.

New Jersey State Police said the incident took place shortly before 3 a.m. Monday inside the Tropicana Atlantic City casino, with troopers responding to reports of an altercation on the casino floor, The Press of Atlantic City reported.

Police arrested four New York City men at the scene — including one of the stabbing victims, the outlet said.

Arrested in the scuffle were Jabari Cummings, 30, of Brooklyn, who was charged with weapons possession, aggravated assault, possession of crack cocaine, tampering with evidence and attempted homicide.

Among the three others charged were Delroy McNeil, 32, of North Carolina, who was also stabbed during the brawl. He was treated and released from a local hospital and was charged with weapons possession, aggravated assault and attempted homicide, the paper said.

The two other suspects were charged with robbery. All four men are now being held at the Atlantic City Jail.

Police did not release the names or conditions of the victims, other than to say one of them suffered life-threatening injuries.

Officials at the Tropicana casino declined to comment.

The incident comes in the wake of the July 2 reopening of the gambling mecca’s casinos after a lengthy shutdown due to the spread of the coronavirus. The casinos opened at 25 percent capacity and with masks required for patrons.
