This Tekto Knife Was Made for Special Ops – Now You Can Own One Too

What do you get when a knife brand and a 30-year-old military-grade optics company combine? You get a knife designed with the kind of precision and standard that US Special Forces expect from their gear. Tekto and EOTECH’s special edition of the F2 Bravo knife comes with a redesign that makes it more brutish than ever. Its new avatar is a bona fide tactical beast, with its American Tanto blade, titanium-accent handle, and the compact form factor that’s made the original F2 Bravo a favorite among the EDC community.

Marking EOTECH’s 30th anniversary, Tekto decided to join hands with the optics behemoth, relying on their technical expertise to build the perfect tactical knife. The result, a limited-edition EDC that looks gorgeous, and feels so light you might forget it’s even there-until you need it, of course. Then, the F2 Bravo EOTECH becomes the formidable beast good enough to be a Delta Force Unit’s everyday carry.

This isn’t Tekto and EOTECH’s first collab – the companies debuted a limited edition variant of the F1 Alpha at the beginning of the year. Now, the popular F2 Bravo gets a crossover remake, with a few distinct changes, starting with the shape of the blade.

Tanto Blade

While the original F2 Bravo sported the popular drop-point blade (perfect for everyday use), the EOTECH variant gets a significant tactical upgrade with an American tanto-style blade, sporting a sharp, dual-edge design perfect for piercing, stabbing, and slashing. The blade comes built from battle-proven D2 steel and armored with a titanium coating, a Tekto standard that boasts a 58-60 HRC hardness and holds its edge remarkably well, even with sustained rough use.

Titanium Accents

The handle gets elevated too, now with a forged carbon construction as opposed to the standard G10. Titanium accents adorn the handle, with the EOTECH logo prominently displayed on the front of the hilt, in a gorgeous bronze color. Meanwhile, a titanium liner lock comes in the same bronze finish as the rest of the accents, and the knife’s buttery-smooth ceramic ball bearing action makes opening and closing the blade an absolute charm.

Size and weight remain a steady constant, with a marginal increase in overall length from 195mm to 196mm, and a weight bump from 2.4oz (68 grams) to 2.5oz (71 grams). Each limited-edition knife comes packaged in a custom, one-of-a-kind EOTECH 30th Anniversary x TEKTO-branded box, along with a knife pouch and a limited lifetime warranty.
