After the emotional broadcast of its final tenth episode, the official YouTube channel for Shin-Ei Animation (Doraemon and Crayon Shin-chan)’s first idol-themed TV anime Idolls! posted a special clip, including the stage performance of the episode’s insert song “Special Story” and a digest of the anime’s all ten episodes.

This clip was newly edited by the anime’s director Shouta Nakano himself. He says on Twitter, “After finishing the final episode, I wanted to leave something that would give a clear overview of the anime and easy to spread on the web, so I hurriedly made a director’s cut. Please take a look!”

Meanwhile, the CD single including the anime’s OP theme song “WE ARE THE ONE,” the ED theme song “Yumemite Sametemo,” and the insert song “Special Story” was released in Japan on March 17, then ranked 30th in Oricon’s daily single ranking and 27th in Amazon Japan’s bestseller album ranking.
