The Twitter account for the Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End TV anime adaptation has revealed that the show will begin airing sometime in 2023. An illustration was released alongside the announcement.

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End is based on the Shogakukan-published manga written by Kanehito Yamada and drawn by Tsukasa Abe. The series began serialization in Weekly Shonen Sunday in 2020 and has nine tankoubon volumes published under the Shonen Sunday Comics label as of September 2022.
