Love, Actually fans can relive their favorite holiday rom-com by way of a Hollywood history-filled LA estate that’s been transformed by two Magnolia Network stars, no less.

Capturing Home series co-hosts and interior design duo Amy Neunsinger and Kate Martindale have turned a historic 1923-built West Hollywood home into the Love, Actually Holiday Villa to celebrate the film’s 20th anniversary. Available through Dec. 30, the one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom abode takes inspiration from the French cottage of writer Jamie (Colin Firth) escapes to his countryside home after heartbreak and ends up falling in love with Portuguese housekeeper Aurélia (Lúcia Moniz).

For just $720 per night, guests can unwind in the living room featuring a towering Christmas tree and a 20-foot tall fireplace, enjoy Harney & Sons tea with a selection of bites (cucumber sandwiches, biscuits and jam), a mix up classic gin & tonics (the bar is fully stocked with Tanqueray dry gin and tonics from the London Essence Co.), and relive the film with a copy of the film’s screenplay (which guests are free to take home). The one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom abode is pet-friendly and decorated with antique furniture, vintage accessories, imported art and more old world-inspired touches that call to mind Jamie’s flat. Guests can upgrade their stay with private massages, yoga classes, a menu of wine and drinks, dine-in meals and more.

All bookings through Dec. 30 include two orchestra tickets for Love, Actually Live at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.

The Hollywood Hills property is rife with Tinseltown history: previous residents include Oscar-winning actors Norma Shearer, Barbara Stanwyck and Janet Gaynor, legendary MGM fashion designer Adrian Adolph Greenburg (better known by just his first name) and Oscar-winning producer and MGM head, Irving Thalberg.
