“#Girls Return to The Stage in Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight Anime Feature Film Full Trailer”

The official website for the upcoming all-new anime feature film from Bushiroad’s multimedia franchise Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight has posted a two-minute full trailer for its May 21, 2021 theatrical release in Japan. The film is produced as a sequel to Revue Starlight: Rondo Rondo Rondo, the “re-production” compilation film based on the 12-episode TV anime aired in 2018.

The clip introduces the film’s theme song “Watashitachi wa Mou Butai no Ue” (We’re Already on the Stage) performed by all members of Starlight 99-gumi. The lyrics were written by Kanata Nakamura, and the music was composed by Junichi Sato (fhána), who also composed and arranged the theme song for the compilation film, “Saisei Sanbikyoku” (Hymn to Rebirth). The CD single of the song is set to be released on June 9.
