J-Novel Club has announced the license acquisition of the romance light novel series Accidentally in Love: The Witch, the Knight, and the Love Potion Slipup. The light novels will be launched on J-Novel Club’s website on March 28, 2023 under the J-Novel Heart imprint. 

The light novel series is written by Harunadon and illustrated by Eda. It was first published by DRE Novels on January 10, 2023 after starting out as a web novel. One physical volume has been released so far. 

J-Novel Club describes the synopsis as: 

Cecily fell for Zeke, a gallant knight, at first sight…but she never expected him to drink a love potion by mistake and fall head over heels for her too! Just where will the slip-up lead this accidental couple?

J-Novel Club recently announced the licensing of seven new light novels and a manga series earlier this March. It also announced an audiobook production of the isekai fantasy light novel series Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest. 

The digital publisher has released over 1,000 digital volumes and 230 physically printed series since 2016.  Many josei and shoujo titles have also been released under its J-Novel Heart imprint. 

In November 2022, they also announced a partnership with RBmedia and Podium to produce audiobook adaptations of select titles.
