The Rising of the Shield Hero Hosts “SHIELD Fes” in Japan on June 15

Kadokawa has announced more details for The Rising of the Shield Hero’s “SHIELD Fes” event that will take place in Japan on June 15, 2025. The event is expected to be held at the Shibuya Cultural Center Owada in Sakura Hall at 5:30 PM JST. 

The event is being held ahead of the upcoming premiere of The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 4, with several main voice cast members from the series expected to make an appearance (which is subject to change). The confirmed voice cast set to appear include: 

  • • Kaito Ishikawa
  • • Asami Seto
  • • Rina Hidaka
  • • Natsuko Hara
  • • Yoshitsugu Matsuoka
  • • Makoto Takahashi

Japanese boy band MADKID and singer-songwriter Chiai Fujikawa, who performed season one’s main opening and ending themes, will also be present at the event.

In addition to the in-person event in Japan, “SHIELD Fes” will also be available for overseas streaming. General ticket sales for the physical event will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis starting April 10, 2025 at 1:00 PM JST, while supplies last. Sales for the overseas streaming tickets will also take place at the same time. Viewers are encouraged to check the streaming service URL for any regional restrictions.
