#The King of Fighters XV Previews Two New Teams of DLC Characters

Oh, you thought the roster of The King of Fighters XV was already expansive enough? Well, SNK isn’t satisfied, and the latest update has the developer rolling out a DLC roadmap for the fighter beyond its February launch.

As of right now, 12 DLC characters are scheduled for release in 2022, and the first half has been unveiled. It all starts with Team Garou in March, including Rock Howard, Gato, and B. Jenet. Then, in May, players can look forward to the arrival of Team South Town, which consists of Geese Howard, Billy Kane, and Ryuji Yamazaki.

The next pair of teams will follow this summer and fall, respectively, and those who pick up the Deluxe Edition will get access to the first two as soon as they’re released. In the meantime, check out a trailer below.

The King of Fighters XV hits PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 17.
