#The Way of the Househusband Anime Adaption Announced for 2021 on Netflix

Netflix announced the anime adaptation of the manga series The Way of the Househusband (Gokushufudō). The anime is set for 2021 on Netflix. 

The manga is written by Kousuke Oono. J.C. Staff is in charge of the animation production. Chiaki Kon will be the director and Susumu Yamakawa will be in charge of the series composition.

Kenjiro Tsuda will be cast as the ex-yakuza boss, Tatsu. 

Viz Media publishes the English version of the manga series and describes it as: 

He was the fiercest member of the yakuza, a man who left countless underworld legends in his wake. They called him “the Immortal Dragon.” But one day he walked away from it all to travel another path—the path of the househusband! The curtain rises on this cozy yakuza comedy!
