Save $50 with coupon: The Anker Nebula Capsule Max portable projector wasn’t on sale for Prime Day but has a $50 off coupon on Amazon as of Nov. 2, bringing it down to $419.99.

Another week, another movie that has been delayed due to coronavirus.

From multiple Marvel movies to Dune, many of the year’s most highly-anticipated films won’t be in theaters for a while. Some, like Disney-Pixar’s Soul (and, infamously, Mulan) bypassed theaters all together and opted for a streaming service release.

But having a nice projector in your back pocket means you don’t have to completely be without the cinematic experience. The Anker Nebula Capsule Max can actually fit in your bag, bringing the big screen with you while doubling as a Bluetooth speaker. Though we didn’t see this particular model on sale for Prime Day, its current $50 coupon on Amazon brings it down to $419.99 in a pre-Black Friday deal.

This coupon drops the price to $130 less than the Anker Nebula Mars II Pro — possibly the internet’s favorite Anker projector, but one that requires a pretty big commitment to frequent projecting to make it worth it.

The feature that sets the Nebula Capsule Max apart from the rest of the Nebula family is an auto-adjusting keystone correction. This makes the image rectangular if you’re projecting at an angle of ± 40° vertically or horizontally, which will be wildly helpful if the projector is sitting on the ground or off to the side to get out of the line of sight. Regardless of the angle, the Capsule Max bounces crisp 720p content up to 100 inches with a 200 ANSI Lumen Bulb.

Most streaming from your favorite apps can be done directly through the Nebula Connect app. Unlike a few other Nebula speakers, the Capsule Max does not have Chromecast built in and can’t mirror apps like Netflix or Hulu from your phone. However, HDMI and USB ports make it easy to hook up to a laptop, and AirPlay and Miracast are also compatible.

Save $50 on the Anker Nebula Capsule Max portable projector before Black Friday.
