#Two Epstein victims drop cases against estate, Ghislaine Maxwell

Two Jeffrey Epstein victims have separately dropped their cases against the dead pedophile’s estate and his alleged madame, Ghislaine Maxwell, new court papers show.

Jennifer Araoz sued the British socialite in September for allegedly helping recruit her as a sex slave at the age of 14.

But Araoz dropped the Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit on Monday, a brief court filing indicates.

Similarly, a woman who anonymously sued Epstein’s estate in December, alongside eight other accusers, has also dropped her claims, court papers from Friday show.

The victim — who filed under the name Jane Doe VII — claimed in the lawsuit that she was sexually abused by Epstein in 2007 when she was 22 years old.

The fact that the two women have dropped their claims could indicate that they were awarded money under a victims compensation fund set up for Epstein’s accusers.

Araoz — who launched a foundation last week to help other victims of sexual abuse — filed a separate lawsuit against Epstein’s estate claiming that he raped her when she was just 15. That case is still pending.

Lawyers for both women didn’t return requests for comment.
